Can't log into old sbcglobal.net account, Care code 205.2

I am trying to access my old sbcglobal email address and I am running into constant issues. When i try to sign in normally it takes me to the restore access page,

Restore access

Too many sign-in attempts. To restore access, let’s make sure it’s really you. Care code 205.2. When i enter my last name on this page it says,

Unable to restore access at this time

We don’t have the account details needed to restore access.

I run into the same issues when i try to simply change password for the account it will not let me do anything just gives same error messages.

I've just filled out the recovery form, but unfortunately it asks for a lot of information I cannot provide and I'm feeling unconfident I'll get a response at all. I have no clue when the most recent outbound email was. The only information I could effectively supply was my name and location when the account was made.

Is there any way to perform this recovery via direct messaging? I see other users with the same issue being contacted for DMs.
