Your account has been temporarily locked due to too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts.

We recommend you check Update Security Questions and Answers.  This may help you gain access to resetting your password. Here's how to do this:

• Go to Profile and then Sign-in info.
• In the Online security questions section, select Change security questions.
• Complete and save your security questions and answers.

After updating your security questions, you'll need to wait a full 24 hours before resetting your password. Attempting to sign-in before the full 24 hours will reset the 24-hour timer. Below are the steps you will take to reset password:

• Go to http://sm.att.com/e8395130.
• Select Forgot password?
• Fill out the password info.
• Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
• Create your new password.
