Care code: 201 [LU100] when signing in on Chrome or Edge
I am getting Care code: 201 [LU100] when trying to sign into one of my 5 AT&T email accounts.
I'm able to sign into 4 accounts on Chrome & Edge with no problem. However, the fifth account can only be signed in via Firefox/Mozilla. I need to eliminate Firefox/Mozilla, as it takes up so much of my PC memory to run.
What can I do to be able to log into this account? I have deleted history & cache, but still get the "Care code: 201 [LU100]" error.
