Code required to log into email

I cannot log in at all on my desktop to my email!  AT&T wants to send a text to my U.S. cell but I'm in Mexico and cannot receive it here! 

In the past there was an option to "take me to my account"; that option is apparently gone. 

I can provide a Mexican cell # while here, but otherwise don't know what to do!!!
