Disappeared IN Box Emails

on 5/15/24 while i was retrieving and replying my emails , my desktop screen had  jumping screen for about 30 seconds, i stopped clicking the keyboard and step away came back to the desk after 4 minutes, and as soon as i came back to my email screen, i found- all of my IN-BOX emails from 1/1/ 2024 to 5/15/2024 are all Disappeared !  

now I only have the mails from 5/16, this is totally mad matter,  i have been busy, and i looked up to the support , it says ATT can only assist to find lost mail in the last "7"  days with no guaranteed,  i have passed the time,  what should  I do ....
