Email password reset
I have an email account with AT&T that I think got hacked a few years ago. Every time I try to login it says I need to reset my password due to usual activity. I go in and put the info in and when I get to the security questions none of my answer (which I know for a fact are correct) work. I’ve called AT&T customer support and even went to an AT&T store but I still haven’t been able to find a solution.

Since you've already attempted to reset your password in order to recover your email account. We recommend that you fill out the online webform with details about your email account and recent mailbox activity. Once submitted, AT&T will attempt to match the information provided against AT&T internal records to validate the email account.
If the account is deemed valid, an AT&T customer care agent will contact you to assist in regaining access to your email account.
