I have an email and I have not been able to get into it for years. I still have accounts to different things under this email. I try to login and it tells me I need to reset my password but none of my answers work for my security questions.

For your protection, we may lock your account after too many sign-in attempts. To troubleshoot this sign in issue we will either have to wait a full 24 hours or reset your password.
However, you can try to bypass the code by creating a secure mail key. This could help you get signed in on your desktop and laptop, since it doesn't require the email password and uses a key instead.

I have a phone plan with AT&T. I cannot do any of the things linked because I am unable to login.
