Healthcare messages being blocked

We have sent several emails to the abuse address with no response.

We are a medical software company and the emails we send out are to notify providers of diagnostic reports that are ready for viewing.  No spam is ever sent from these addresses, and the IP's we use are not on any blacklists.  (we check those regularly)

I'm amazed AT&T doesn't have a better process for managing these often urgent requests.

Hi authorpvh, I appreciate the response.  We have tried everything in the article:

https://www.att.com/support/article/email-support/KM1402004

We:

- Have dedicated IPs that send email and DNS entries pointing to those IPs

- Do not send multiple emails at once.

- Check RBLs frequently

- Have static sender IPs

- Use accurate header information

- Only send to addresses configured by the recipients in our application

Can you help us follow up with someone who has authority to whitelist IPs?  We keep trying to email the abuse address, and we receive no response.  I can send you screenshots of emails we have sent.
