HELP! The "Something's gone wrong" message.

I have already cleared my cookies/cache plus I've tried to log in using a different browser. Why is this happening to Apple product users?

I am seeing other messages of this nature when an ATT communications specialist helps the client by sending them communications through a direct message. Please help.

I had to sign up for the forum to be able to comment.  The forum makes me verify my email address.  Luckily I can get to my email from my phone, just not from either of my two laptops,

seems like the last time this happened, the problem went away after a day or two. I have scanned most all messages for this problem, dating back YEARS - and have never seen an explanation for the problem, or a solution that worked

I think this issue is seasonal, the giant email mainframe IBM computer has to be shut down for a day or so to change out the cooling fluids that absorb moisture over a couple months. So the end user (us Plebeians) can't log in for a day or two - but then everything starts to work again so we forget. Until next time. And it's interesting THAT:

NOBODY IN TECH SUPPORT HAS ANY IDEA OF WHAT IS HAPPENING!
