"Hmm Something went wrong" with Bellsouth.net email in Outlook
I can access Bellsouth.net email when going online to ATT/Yahoo web page. So my password is good. But when using Outlook I get this popup (which is not a native Outlook popup)
Hmm….something went wrong
It’s not you, it’s us. We hit a snag and can’t complete your request right now. You can try again later by going to your profile and updating the information
Then it asks me to verify my phone number and enter the code from the text but it never sends to me.
Any idea how to resolve? it is not the same type of error you get if Secure Email is an issue.
