I am having trouble signing into my scbglobal.net email and i have forgotten my security question answers.

We can help you sign in to your email, KatDave!

Since you don't remember the answers to your security questions, use the temporary password option to reset your password and sign in.

Here are the steps:

Go to att.com/myatt.
Select Forgot password?
Fill out the password info.
Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. We’ll let you know where we sent it.
Create your new password.

Once you've regained access, be sure to update your security questions and answers, so you don't have to worry about getting locked out in the future:

Go to your myAT&T Profile. Sign in, if asked.
Scroll to Sign-in info and select Change your security questions.
Complete and save your security questions and answers.

I am having a problem signing into my

sbcglobal.net email account. I have been told that someone has changed my contact phone number that appears on the screen. I am not receiving the short code that normally appears on my Iphone messages. Is there any way I can access my email files and transfer them to a new ATT account?
