I cannot receive email since November 2020.
I'm using Thunderbird.
Suddenly, in November 2020, it stopped receiveing "sbcglobal.net" email.
I tried to log in from the browser, but I couldn't.
I tried "Chat", but it was computer operated (AI?) and completely useless. Doesn't understand a single word.
Would someone please tell me what to do?

Thank you for the response.
I tried, and It seems like cell phone number is needed.
And it seems like only US number is accepted.
Well, I don't live in US now, and don't have US number.
What's my option?

I tried chat, but it was 'virtual assistant' and it's going nowhere. Completely useless.
I want to talk to a real person.
Do I have to pay international phone fee to get help.
I haven't called yet but do I get a real person if I called? Or do I get a virtual operator?
It's 2024. I feel there's got to be a better way.
