I can't log into MyATT, automatically loads DirecTV account so I no longer have access to my bill or email account information

I was on the phone with ATT, DirecTV, and Uverse for over 3 hours last week trying to get help unlinking MyATT account from my DirecTV account. Someone was supposed to call me back 2 days ago after the "engineers" looked at why I can no longer access MyATT. My DirecTV account is billed through ATT and both used my sbcglobal.net as the userid. I used to be able to log into MyATT and see the bill, set up payments, etc. and log in separately to DirecTV to manage my programming. Now when I try to log into MyATT it automatically redirects me to DirecTV which doesn't give me access to my bill. Because I can't access information about my email through MyATT I also can't generate a secure email key in order to use my sbcglobal.net account on Outlook on my new laptop. I'm beyond frustrated because no one at ATT, DirecTV or even Uverse seems to understand the issue to correct it and I just keep being shuffled around to different people. Someone please help! I mainly want access to my email to set up a secure email key which can only be done through MyATT.

Looks like you'll need DIRECTV support from here. If you slide over to http://forums.directv.com, they'll meet you there with a helping hand. 😊

Unfortunately I've talked to them and they can't unlink the accounts. After another 1.5 hours yesterday with Uverse I've been given a number to tech support level ii, again, who supposedly can manually do this. Of course I was already told this was being worked on last week but nothing has changed. Will try the phone number again today but I was really hoping someone here could help. Ridiculous it has been this difficult to get a tech person to help me.

I have been through 3 tech people and now being told to call another number.  I cannot access my email either because it asks for profile info on a pop-up which cannot be submitted, it blocks entering my email.

Yep, I understand your frustration. I have spent 4+ hours on the phone with over 10 different people being tossed back and forth with them saying it's a Directv issue then it's an ATT issue. Finally hung up on one yesterday after they tried to shuffle me again to a number I had already spoken to 3 other times.

I completely understand your frustration. I've spent over 6 hours on the phone, speaking with more than 10 different representatives, only to be bounced back and forth between DirecTV and AT&T. It feels like they're passing me around like a basketball, with each side claiming the issue belongs to the other. Yesterday, I finally hung up after being transferred yet again to a number I had already called three times. This runaround is as exasperating as watching your team miss a game-winning shot at the buzzer in an NBA mod apk playoff game!
