Issues signing in to my old pacbell.net email

I am reaching out to request assistance with accessing my Pacbell.net email account, which has encountered issues following the transition to AT&T's domain. I attempted to reset my password through the standard procedure but encountered a roadblock during the process. When prompted for additional information, I provided my username and last name. However, I am unable to answer any security questions as my email does not register as an account within AT&T.

Given this situation, I need help resolving this matter promptly. I am unable to access my email account, and any assistance to regain access or migrate it smoothly to the AT&T domain would be greatly appreciated.

We recommend that you fill out the online webform with details about your email account and recent mailbox activity. Once submitted, AT&T will attempt to match the information provided against AT&T internal records to validate the email account.

If the account is deemed valid, an AT&T customer care agent will contact you to assist in regaining access to your email account.
