Link Between AT&T and Yahoo/Currently email on re-activated account.
I had an email account suspended due to non-payment and the account was closed. I paid off the account and reopened a new account with the same email after telling the representative I was re-applying mainly to keep the same email. My original login from the suspended account opens the AT&T account page, but when I try to open email in Currently/Yahoo it keeps going back to the AT&T web account manager. After I spoke to a few AT&T representatives which say it has to due with clearing a web-browser cache, I tried a couple different browsers in incognito mode, but the Currently/Yahoo login page still re-directs back into the AT&T account management page. My bank tried to send me a message to the email account, but the bank gets it as "un-deliverable." I created another Yahoo account to test the Currently/Yahoo account based off my AT&T account and also received and "un-deliverable." message. It seems that the Currently/Yahoo account has not been reactivated?
