LOCKED OUT of ATT Email

I'm Locked out, & don't recall the User ID.

A few hours ago, my email address, password, & phone# were all known & accepted to ATT.

Received an email from Robinhood advising me that it was requested to CHANGE my email address.  

When I pressed that link to tell the "No, I did NOT ask to change my email address!!!", That's when I lost my ATT acct access.

ATT's only solution (that I've found) is to send the help to the email Acct from which I'm locked out.

Hi @SamColb

We completely understand your concern and would like to help. Let's get the assistance you require.

If you are locked out of your AT&T email, you can try to sign in using your new password. If that doesn't work, you can reset your password by going to att.com/myatt and selecting Forgot password? You can then fill out the password info and choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts.

Tess, you're NOT making any sense. HOW do I Receive a "new password", if I am LOCKED-OUT of receiving Anything?

Because few online Accts place importance on USER IDs, I don't remember mine, & THAT-TOO complicates things 

--since ATT insists on sending it to me via the email address --from which I am LOCKED-OUT.

My phone number is on file, I have answered security questions, but I've found No Link that enables me to rely on those.

We understand your concern and let's get the help you need to access your email.
 
We recommend that you fill out the online webform AT&T Yahoo Email account recovery (att.com) with details about your email account and recent mailbox activity. Once submitted, AT&T will attempt to match the information provided against AT&T internal records to validate the email account.

If the account is deemed valid, an AT&T customer care agent will contact you to assist in regaining access to your email account.

Within an hour of your reply (now 10 hrs old), I responded to you by filling out the LENGTHY webform at the link you provided.

Although I've received No Feedback YET, at the alternate email address I provided, I AM confident that you have taken my problem seriously.

Accordingly, I am proceeding with my Business As Usual, including ordering much-needed furnishings online, with an account that remains fully dependent upon my Now Locked-Out ATT email address.
