"Logout Successful" loop when trying to access email
Trying to help my grandmother regain access to her email. She has an old @scbglobal.net email we're unable to login. I've reset the password twice and cleared cookies/cache many times with no success. At least I know the password resets aren't the problem because we're allowed to move to the next screen which is verifying via text code. After we enter the code the window refreshes to say "logout successful" at the tab and immediately kicks us back to the login screen.
I've tried all the solutions in these forums, as well as anything I can find on Reddit and nothing works.
So incredibly frustrating we've been dealing with this issue for almost two weeks now. Please help!
