MyAt&T/E-Mail on Yahoo Can't Login Security Code Entry Times Out

Whenever I try to login to MyAT&T or Yahoo E-Mail, I get a request to verify my ID with a security code text message.

The screen to input the six digit security then comes up. However the screen times out before I receive the text message with the security code.

It normally takes 20 to 30 minutes to receive the text message.

On other apps I get an "Are you there", pop-up screen before the screen closes but MyAT&T just closes the screen.

Once the screen closes I cannot login again and use the security code that I received after timeout but need to start the process all over again.

This is very user unfriendly and makes it impossible to complete the security check and access my account.

Thanks for your message but I find it misleading.

I don't see how resetting my password would eliminate the need to receive and enter the 6 digit Authentication Security Code.

Nor Do I see accessing currently.com and attempting to access my E-Mail thru Yahoo would eliminate the need to enter the same 6 digit security code.

This same authentication code is also required to access my account on MyAT&T.

Please address the Security Code issue described above directly rather than send a generic form letter.

If there is no work around without a modification to the AT&T security code process, please so state.
