Not Found on Accelerator Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again.

Former Yahoo linked account.  I know I have the right password, and have tried this on several computers.  Is there a way to recover this yahoo.com account that is linked into ATT.  I don't believe this is a yahoo problem, as it works fine to login, as in the correct password is accepted (and the wrong one is declined) but then it appears to pass over to ATT where it error's out.

@Atthelp can you assist?

Thank you,

jim

Hello @jimmysanz!

Thank you for reaching out to us, we hear you, and happy to assist you.

The Not Found on Accelerator error message generally means that there may be stored data interfering with your login. The main workaround for this is to clear your cache and cookies. You can also try logging in through a different browser, app, or device.

As you are using a Yahoo email address:

Please visit http://sm.att.com/b6a38c88 from your phone's/desktop's browser.

If you are using an AT&T Email address like:

username@ameritech.net
username@att.net
username@bellsouth.net
username@flash.net
username@nvbell.net
username@pacbell.net
username@prodigy.net
username@sbcglobal.net
username@snet.net
username@swbell.net
username@wans.ne

You can visit http://sm.att.com/4f4e99ec

Why yahoo keeps redirecting to AT&T? It is because you are using an AT&T (email or account) at Yahoo login Page.

This was a while ago, but can you help me regain access to my account, [email scrubbed]?  It's not a browser or computer issue, as this has persisted for years across many different computers.  I can try to do a password reset, and I get the 2fa challenge for my recovery email or text message, get the text message, enter the code, and get the not found on accelerator error message.

What are the next steps to get back into my email account?

thank you
