Not receiving all emails
For the past week I’ve attempted to reset the passwords on 2 different applications(my newly created Vshred acct and my 10 year old Netflix acct). When I select “forgot password” it tells me the email has been sent but the reset links NEVER arrive. I receive all kinds of other emails from both just not the emails with the reset links.
I’ve verified that neither has been blocked and I’ve gone through my settings but can find no reason to explain why I’m not receiving the emails. I’ve also looked through the troubleshooting page but nothing helpful there.
please advise! I’m paying for both but can’t access either.

I sent 2 emails to the recommended address (abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net) but I’ve not received a response to either. I sent the initial email on 5/28 with a second follow up email on 6/3.
I’m still not able to access my accounts due to missing emails and the people who I’m told can assist me— don’t respond. I’m beyond frustrated!
