NOT RECEIVING ANY NEW EMAIL
I was informed by several contacts that my email account had apparently been hacked, in that various contacts of mine were receiving emails that appeared to be from my att.net account, but they were NOT from me and I could not see in my sent emails that these spoofed emails had ever been sent from my account. So, I changed my password and logged in with the new password. Since then (May 14th) I have not received one new email. In the past, I average several hundred emails every day, so I am finding it extremely unusual that I have not received a single email in my inbox. I tried sending test emails from other email accounts to my att.net account, but I am not receiving any of them. I tried the reverse to see if my other accounts would receive emails I sent from the att.net account, and they receive all of them. So sending mail is fine, but receiving mail is failing (no error message, but no new mail is being received since I reset my password. I tried resetting my password a second and third time, and while these resets were successful in allowing me to gain access to my account, still no new mail. I NEED MY INBOX - PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
