Not Receiving Important Emails Since May 1st or So

We are having the same problem everyone else is having. Very bad for our business. This needs to be fixed now. We have no filters in place. The emails are going no where. We have two email accounts with att.net for our business. I sent an email from my personal email, which is also an att.net email account. It showed up fine in the one account, but still has not showed up in our main business account which is very frustrating. Our customers are frustrated too. It is literally killing our business. They are sending us changes that we don’t know about so end up redoing jobs. This is not right. And it has gone on way too long. It started last week. Even doing this post was a pain. When tried to add tags, I had to start over twice. I gave up on the tags.

Try checking your email at mail.yahoo.com.

My email stopped a few days ago. I get error messages "Not found on accelerator". Tried different browsers, machines, locations, cell phone. Cleared cache. I think it is related to the letter I got from AT&T today Notice of Data Breach, dated 4/25/24. The free Experian offer shows my email was compromised many times, but also recently on 4/6/24 and 4/24/24, which means my latest password was compromised. My credit card also had unauthorized charges on 4/12/24. My wife's credit card also had unauthorized charges on the same day, but her bellsouth account is still working at the moment.

Hi @Interrupted,

We hear you and want to help you on this.

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs.   This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns.  To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page - https://www.att.com/support/contact-us/, and choose the best option to reach out to us.  You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support.  If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

For further assistance, we are always here to help!

Thank you.

Gary, AT&T Community Specialist.

atthelp - stop sending irrelevant replies. This is a system-wide issue and there are dozens of posts about it, there is no point in the OP contacting you about it.
