Not receiving recovery email from FB

No filters, no blocks but not receiving emails from Facebook to reset password. They are not in spam either.

I have received email from them before and other email seems to be arriving fine.

Going on for over a month now. Yahoo says it is a known issue with AT&T.

I called and was told it was a known issue with AT&T servers- for me  to send email to  Abuse department- which I did.

Never got a reply.

Any updates on this known issue?
