Outlook 2019 getting error message

So today, I cant get my emails via Outlook 2019.  Yes I am using the correct pass key!  Whats going on?  Iphone works fine!  Is this the punishment for getting rid of my ATT internet?

Same issue going on for several hours now using MS Outlook 2021.  I've reached out to support, told them I know the IMAP/SMTP server settings are correct, I even deleted and created a new Secure Mail Key, and still, outlook is asking for a password as if I'm entering the wrong information... there are random times that my email syncs/downloads correctly, then on the next sync, it'll pop up asking for password (secure mail key).... glad to know it's not just me, but AT&T support has been worthless in this regard... even suggested uninstalling/reinstalling MS Office... NOT happening!

Yep thats exactly what I am experiencing, but I am not going to change anything at this point.   Thanks for your response, sorry for a delayed response as I do not get alerts (even though turned on) that some one has posted a comment.  Thanks

Having the same issue for the last day or so.  Fortunately, it syncs on my phone.  Interestingly, I tried several times to create a new secure mail key yesterday  and that failed.  I'm hoping AT&T figures out they have a problem and get it fixed soon.
