Retrieve an old @sbcglobal.net account

Hi,

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, I get hung up on step 3. After entering the email address and my last name, I'm required to provide answers to the two security questions. As I mentioned, this account is so old I simply don't remember what the answers to those questions are. There doesn't seem to be any alternative option and canceling out just kicks me back to the regular login page. Is there any other way I can retrieve the account?

I am having the same issue with my sbcglobal.net email. Can someone please assist me as well. I used the email to setup my ubisoft account which is connected to my Xbox Live. I tried to change the email to my current email not realizing that I can't access the old email.
