SBCGLOBAL.net email loop
I cannot log into my sbcglobal.net email. When I try to access it, I enter my user ID, then it wants me to go throught the "I am not a robot" function. When I continue, it says it's sending a code to the email address, which is the account I cannot get into. Hence, I can't get the code to continue to log in process. If I try to login in using the currently web site, I get an error "Not found on Accelerator Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. check the location and try again." I've talked to tech support, who suggested I reset my password and try again in 48 to 72 hours, but needless to say, that doesn't work either. What do I need to do to get access to my email. Thanks!
