Hello, my dad did not make changes to att and now is unable to log in into his email account. He is 91 years old and partially blind,  I want to check how to get access to his email. His sbc access information does not work.

We understand that you're facing difficulties while logging in to your email account. We hear you, and we'll be happy to assist you.

 

Furthermore, we recommend that you troubleshoot your email and find out how to log in to your email by following the steps listed in this forums post. Please try resetting your email password, this is help in re-syncing which can fix this issue.

  1. Go to http://sm.att.com/7b831194.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

You can also try logging to your email account on Currently. Access your email on the web:

  1. Go to Currently.
  2. Select Mail.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Get your authentication security code. If you have more than one phone number on your account, choose which number should get your code.
  5. Enter the code and click Submit to sign in.

After logging in, please try to send an email and check.
