Secure Mail Key

As of yesterday morning, my email connected to my Outlook Acct stopped working. I am unable to create a new Secure Mail Key because the option in MYAT&T Account doesn't show a linked account area in my profile so there's no place for me to create the key. I have called several times, with no luck and can't find any help on your website, even in the Chat because it's all automated. I have a free AT&T Mail Acct.

Thank you for your feedback. I have talked to several people. Unfortunately, I still haven't found anyone who has been able to help with my issue. I will keep calling until I find someone who knows something. I do appreciate your response.
