Something's gone wrong - AT&T error
Something's gone wrong
We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later.
This is happening on my Dell Laptop when logging into email and the ATT.com website. It's also occurring on my Apple iPhone when accessing my email. It takes me immediately to a "logout successful" URL and the error above.
I have tried:
- Using a different browser
- Deleting cookies and other browsing data
- Changing my ATT password
- Restarting my phone and my computer
- Restarting my router for home network
- Calling ATT support (what a joke that was)
- Using ATT online support (even more frustrating than trying to call)
The only success I've had is turning wifi off on my phone - I was then able to log-in to my email. I can't take my laptop off wifi - any suggestions for fixing this issue?

While I appreciate your efforts to resolve this, the secure mail key instructions send me to the att.com log-in screen . . . which isn't accessible to me because of the issue I've described above. Thank you anyway, Maria.

Thanks for writing back to us @llynch8711.
We understand, and we'll point you in the right direction.
We recommend that you fill out the online webform AT&T Yahoo Email account recovery (att.com) with details about your email account and recent mailbox activity. Once submitted, AT&T will attempt to match the information provided against AT&T internal records to validate the email account.
If the account is deemed valid, an AT&T customer care agent will contact you to assist in regaining access to your email account.
Please feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.
Thank you.
David, AT&T Community Specialist.

Thank you for the suggestion. About 24 hours after this issue started, I was able to access my email again on both my phone and my laptop. Hmmm . . .
