Still LOCKED-OUT of My sbcglobal email Acct
LAST Thursday (5/16/24), I posted that I was: LOCKED-OUT of My sbcglobal email Acct, & that I didn't recall my exact User ID.
Unfortunately, ATT's remedy was to Send me the User ID --via the email Address from which I'm LOCKED-OUT.
Eventually, ATT responded with:
"...We recommend that you fill out the online webform AT&T Yahoo Email account recovery (att.com) with details about your email account and recent mailbox activity. Once submitted, AT&T will attempt to match the information provided against AT&T internal records to validate the email account...."
which I DID! The Webform was extensive, beginning with numerous picture-block tests, to make sure I was a person, & then questions pertinent to ME & My email Account. Accordingly, I was highly optimistic that my access to my account would be forth-coming.
But NO........, I remain LOCKED-OUT of my email acct.
