sub account email password reset

Dear all,

My Wife's email was set up as a subaccount to my profile.  Unfortunately, she did not enter the security question and neither id she provide a phone number for pasword retrieval.   Now we are stuck.   There is no way to reset the password.  Can anyone help, please!

We recommend that you fill out the online webform with details about your email account and recent mailbox activity. Once submitted, AT&T will attempt to match the information provided against AT&T internal records to validate the email account.

If the account is deemed valid, an AT&T customer care agent will contact you to assist in regaining access to your email account. 

 

Also, the Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns. To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page - https://www.att.com/support/contact-us/, and choose the best option to reach out to us. You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support. If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.
