Sub Accounts Tied to Main Account

Hello,

I have a couple of sub accounts that are somehow tied to the main account. So whenever there is password trouble is changes everyone’s password or locks them all out. I do not have this problem with the other sub accounts and wondered if there was a way to untie the accounts

We understand your concern. Let's get the help you need.

 

Please refer to the below steps to create and manage subaccounts.

  • You can have up to 20 subaccounts under your primary Member ID email. Only 10 can be active at one time.
  • You can't delete subaccounts, but you can disable them.
  • Subaccount users can manage phone features, get product support, and chat with an agent. 
  • The Member ID email for a subaccount won’t appear on the bill.
  • You’re required to complete a few extra steps if you create a subaccount for a child under the age of 13.
