unable to access sbcglobal emails

My last email received was 2/6/24 at 5:00 am.  It isn't a password issue.  When I login in with my email and password it asks if I am a robot.  After that process it asks me to enter a 6-digit code that was sent to my sbcglobal email.  How can I enter the code if I can't access the emails??!  I even have my recovery email different than the sbcglobal email and apparently they are still sending the code to the sbcglobal email. I spent a combined 2 hours on the phone with ATT yesterday only to be told they can see my email user ID in my account but that they had exhausted all their resources and couldn't get me in to my sbcglobal emails.  They suggested I call Yahoo support at 1-800-305-7664.  When I did, it was an automated system that I couldn't get in unless I enter the 6-digit code!! This is insanity.  Anyone having similar issues? HELP!

Please try resetting your email password, this is help in re-syncing which can fix this issue.

  1. Go to http://sm.att.com/7b831194.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

You can also try logging to your email account on Currently. Access your email on the web:

  1. Go to Currently.
  2. Select Mail.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Get your authentication security code. If you have more than one phone number on your account, choose which number should get your code.
  5. Enter the code and click Submit to sign in.

After logging in, please try to send an email and check.

Unfortunately, before posting here on this site, I had already changed my password and tried logging in on Currently.com.    Neither worked. As I stated in post, when I login it asks me for the code sent to my email that I can’t get in to.

Once you fill out this form, our Speciality team will review this and will make an attempt to contact you. Our team will give you an update inregards to your Email password reset and recovery option to get an access to your Email.

We just entered this (Edited per community guidelines) show last week. What a joke. Locked out, no explanation and no help. Reset your password…fill out the form. Just tell us (Edited per community guidelines) is going on and fix it ffs.

Web form is pretty much only thing you can do and then it takes like a week to have someone call you.

It’s ridiculous.   I’ve lost years of history that I had saved in my emails.   I did the web form in February and no one ever called me.  ATT, Yahoo, Currently, they all keep saying you have to talk to one of the others.  No one has an answer.  🙄
