Unable to login to Bellsouth email account

I am struggling with gaining access to my bellsouth.net account. I followed the directions in an earlier post that stated to go to currently.com

I received this message when signing in.

Unable to restore access at this time

We don’t have the account details needed to restore access.

I really need access to this email. Any help or a number I can contact someone would be appreciated
