Unable to sign in to ATT

We have sbcglobal.net email accounts and normally sign in from the currently.com page.  Recently we are having continued problems when trying to sign in.. When we press the sign in button we get a page saying:

Something's gone wrong

We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later.
If you were using an app, close this page. Otherwise, start over.
We get the same message if try to log in from ATT.com page.
We have no connection problems on our end and can access all other sites on the web with no issues.
Seems like the problem is at the ATT end.
What can we do about this?

Hi @Brit1967! We completely understand your concern regarding ATT sign-in, and would like to help. Let's get the assistance you require.

Check for browser issues

  • Open AT&T Mail in a different web browser. For example, if you normally use Google Chrome®, try Firefox®.
Verify that your browser accepts cookies. If so, clear your cookies and cache. You’ll find this info in your browser's Preferences, Settings, or Options menu.
  • Disable browser tools or add-ons to see if they’re causing issues with email access.
  • Check the settings of your firewall, antivirus programs, and anti-spyware software. They can cause a conflict with email programs and web browsers. Disable them one at a time and try to access your email. Don't forget to turn them back on once you know they aren’t causing the problem.

You can also visit Fix sign-in issues for more information.

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks,

I tried all ideas in your first suggestion with no effect.

System has now started to go to log-in page and everythin g is OK on both  computers that were acting up.

We have been using same computers, browsers etc for several years without this issue occurring so don't think it is our computer settings in items two and three of your list.

We have had no problems except in past few days so I think it is ATT not settings on my computers.

Just have to hope it has now gone away.
