Username and password for sbcglobal.net email

I would like to transfer or forward my sbc emails to yahoo or gmail. I can’t get very far as I do t have the username or password. Currently keeps telling me I’m using the wrong username, then wrong password, so I don’t remember any of them. I’m not locked out yet so I would like some help before I get locked out.

Please try resetting your mail account's password.

Go to reset your password.
Enter your user ID and the last name associated with your ID.
Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
Enter and confirm your new password.

You can also try accessing your email account on the web:

Go to currently.com.
Select Mail.
Enter your email address and password.
Get your authentication security code. If you have more than one phone number on your account, choose which number should get your code.
Enter the code and click Submit to sign in.
