553 5.3.0 alph738 DNSBL:RBL 521; no repsonse from abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

I am the administrator of our mail server and as of this writing, NO response from abuse-att.net as to why they

are blocking us since 11FEB2024.  I have no idea what triggered the RBL and the odd thing is, seems only AT&T

has an issue with our mail server.  I checked several RBL's and we are good on all RBL sites!  So, what is up with

AT&T?  Would be nice if AT&T would respond and let me know what the issue is!

Hey @ken-lisle, we understand that you have issues with mail server being blocked, let's walk you through the right path.

You will need to reach out to our AT&T Postmaster by emailing abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net to get past this, as they assist with any emails that are blocked before getting into your mailbox. Please make sure to only send one message detailing your entire experience, as repeated messages can slow the time it takes for them to get back to you.

Let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you for being a part of our AT&T Community.

Thanks for the response!  I did that 11FEB2024 and still no response from abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net as of this

writing!  Would be nice if a notification was sent before blocking services so that whatever the issue is with

AT&T could be resolved quickly!  Plus, a search of the internet does not provide any information on what

553 5.3.0 flph826 DNSBL:RBL 521 or

553 5.3.0 alph736 DNSBL:RBL refers to.  Additionally, why ONLY the AT&T block when our site passes a bunch of rbl sites?
