Amazon Emails Going to Archive Folder

This has been an ongoing problem for me for a long time. All emails from amazon go directly to my archive folder.   I have checked filters and for other emails as has been suggested to others that share this problem, but there were no issues like that found.  Help, this is getting old.  All other emails function properly.

If e-mails are being automatically refiled to a folder other than Junk/SPAM, then there's some sort of rule doing it.  Either (a) you have set up a rule in Currently to do it, or (b) you have some e-mail client (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird) configured with access to your mailbox and the rule is set up in that client, or (c) you've granted some third-party service (e.g. Alexa) access to your e-mail and it is doing the refiling for reasons best asked directly of that third-party service.  Disable each of your third-party services that have access to your e-mail one at a time until you figure out which one is doing it.
