AT&T Email Trouble on Phone - Fix Login Errors

Hey everyone,

I'm having trouble setting up my AT&T email on my phone (both iPhone and Android). I followed AT&T's instructions but keep getting errors saying my password is wrong, even though I know it's right!

I tried both the automatic and manual setup methods, checked my password a bunch of times, and even turned off security stuff on my phone, but nothing works.

Anyone else have this problem? How can I finally get my AT&T email working on my phone?

We wanted to know if you are able to access email on other devices apart from your mobile phone. If you are able to log in on your other devices. We recommend that you create a Secure Mail key. where you can login without entering the password.

If you are unable to access on any other devices,
We recommend that you fill out the online webform AT&T Yahoo Email account recovery (att.com)with details about your email account and recent mailbox activity. Once submitted, AT&T will attempt to match the information provided against AT&T internal records to validate the email account.

If the account is deemed valid, an AT&T customer care agent will contact you to assist in regaining access to your email account.
