Bellsouth email filter

How can I completely turn off the email filter for my online inbox.

My business emails are being grabbed by the online filter and I can't get it to stop blocking messages.

We recommend you to follow this article to ⁠use folders and filters to organize your email.

Also, please follow the below steps to unblock emails from a specific sender:

  1. Select the gear , then More Settings.
  2. Choose Security and privacy and to unblock: Select a blocked email address, then select the trash can.
    • You created a filter to route any messages containing the @ symbol in the From address to the Trash folder. 
      • In this scenario, anyone sending an email directs to the Trash folder, as every email address in the From field has an @ symbol.
    •  There may be a filter with simply a period or comma. You may not see it, but any email with a comma or period falls into the filter rules. Thoroughly check all filters.
    • Do not assume you can omit this troubleshooting step. Always check these items for simple mistakes that can pose a significant impact to how they receive email and to which folders it routes to.
