When it comes to new accounts, we no longer provide bellsouth.net as an email domain. The only exception is that if you already have a bellsouth.net email account, you can create a subaccount under it. Otherwise, all new accounts are att.net.
We recommend resetting your email password. Begin by scrolling down to the I don’t know my password section, and follow the instructions to create your new password.
