Can't get my email to set up in Outlook

We understand your ongoing concern, we're here to help To set up your swbell.net email in Outlook 2019. Let’s get it sorted out! Here are the steps you can follow:

Log into myAT&T:

• Instead of using your primary login information, log into myAT&T for each subaccount using the sub-account’s email address and password.
• ⁠Then, go to Create a Secure Mail to generate the key for that subaccount
• ⁠Check Server Settings:
• Double-check that the server settings are correct for the subaccounts.
• Ensure that everything is identical between the email accounts except for the secure key and the email address itself
  
  Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool:
• You can use the Troubleshoot & Resolve tool provided by AT&T.
• Select the Internet tab, then choose Email setup & repair.

The old Outlook may be obsolete. Look up the "New Outlook". It works, but it's just a front end to the att.yahoo.com email, and it doesn't have the ease of use of Outlook or Eudora (working "offline" -- not via the internet -- is more efficient).
