Do not receive Home Depot Verification emails.

Home Depot verified my correct email address but when they send my verification code to open my account it fails delivery. HD tech support says it is on my end but I am not blocking HD emails. I do receive other HD emails but the HD verification code attempts to send fails and do not receive code.
