email password lost

my wife has a Apple Macbook that died and she bought a new one and I'm having trouble installing her "swbell.net" account on it since she has lost her password.

How can I reset her password?

The first step in any email/account access concern is to reset the password. Follow these steps:

Go to reset your password.
Enter your user ID and the last name associated with your ID.
Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
Enter and confirm your new password.

After resetting the password, follow this email access guide:

Go to AT&T/Yahoo.
Click on "Sign In".
Enter in your username ( full email address) and the password that you just rest.
If successful, the page will change and you should have an envelope icon there at the top of the page.
Click on the envelope icon. That should take you to your email inbox.
