Email signature not showing on other devices

Hi, 

I updated my client's email signature on my device but my client says that it is not appearing on her end.

Hi @hynnapaudac! Thank you for reaching out to us! We hear you, and happy to assist you.

 

Managing signatures in your emails is easy. You can add, remove, or edit a signature, and adjust the font type, size, and color. You can even add links to a signature.

From your webmail inbox:

  1. Select the gear, and then More Settings.
  2. Choose Writing email.
  3. Toggle Signature for your email on or off.
  4. Enter and format the text for your signature, if you want to.
