Emails deleted from inbox after 3 weeks automatically from Yahoo through At&t.
Yahoo through At&t is automatically sending inbox to trash on its own. Now I can only go back a couple weeks in my inbox, the rest has been deleted. I need assistance with server settings on At&t's side. How can I do this? Thank you

Here's a working version of that link:
https://www.att.com/support/article/email-support/KM1064210
(AT&T uses a link-rewriter for reasons that I do not fully comprehend. What I comprehend even less is that they have not upgraded the link-rewriter server to use TLS).
The mail servers themselves don't seem to have any purging based on dates, so it would appear to be a feature of your e-mail client, either automatically purging things before a certain date, or simply not showing them to you.

Hello @Associated,
We understand the gravity of your concern, let's work on a fix and get the help you need.
Some email clients delete old emails over time. You may want to try changing your client settings to make sure they're not being deleted. You'll find instructions where it says Change your email client settings.
We hope this information is helpful, and thanks for reaching out to forums!

Hi,
I followed the link but the only option to change the email client Yahoo settings is to delete the filters, which has already been done, that was not the issue. I tried contacting Yahoo customer service but they make you pay for this service and told me to contact At&t.
