Emails going to trash

Bellsouth.com emails go straight to trash instead of inbox

Thanks for letting us know. Let's help get your emails routed correctly into your inbox.

 

We suggest following these steps to ensure that there are no filters with an empty name that may be sending your emails to the trash:

  • Go to Settings/Account Security/Filters.
  • Look carefully at the Filters screen. The filter that sends incoming mail to trash is a period, and it    looks like no more than a speck on your screen.
  • Highlight and delete it.

In addition to that, please let us know if this is happening to all of your emails, or if it's only happening with certain senders. This can help us identify the root cause of your issue.
