Mail is often coming back as not deliverable.
I had my gmail acct email forwarded to my sbcglobal email. Gmail kicked it back 100% of the time saying my email was not deliverable. Also, receiving USPS correspondence showing they tried to email but it was also rejected.
Any ideas on how to fix this in settings? I don't have any blocked emails set up.
Thanks

Thank you - I indeed have the correct email address & I have done all of the above unsuccessfully to rectify the issue.
BTW, the article link "Resolve Email Issues" doesn't work.

Hi @GeeEyeDi,
We understand that your emails are not getting delivered. We're here to help you receive your emails to your account.
First, are you using Currently to access and send emails? This is our official webpage that we support for emails.
If you are using a third party client such as Apple Mail or Outlook, confirm that your server settings are correct. If these are incorrect, it can cause issue with sending and receiving emails such as the one you are experiencing.
We recommend verifying that your inbound and outbound server information is correct.
You can reference this table if needed:
While you give that information a glance, can you also let us know if this happens with multiple recipients or just one or two specifically. This can help us identify if it's just a communication issue with the recipients server or something larger.
If you need help with anything else, let us know. We'll be happy to assist you.
Thank you for reaching out to us on AT&T Community Forums.
Jennifer, AT&T Community Specialist.
