my att.net subaccounts have disappeared

I moved all my att.net emails to a new computer, including my primary account and several subaccounts.  I use POP protocol on my primary account and all of the subaccounts except for one, for which I use IMAP.  Using Microsoft Outlook, I was able to get all my accounts up and running on the new computer for several days.  But then I wanted to make one small change in the IMAP account, so I tried logging into my account online.  When I tried, it said my ID or password was incorrect.  I don't know why.  So I tried resetting my password, and I was able to log into my account, except when I did, it didn't list any of my subaccounts.  After that, I now get a 0x8004010F error on all the POP subaccounts whenever I try to download or send emails, though the IMAP subaccount still works fine, in addition to my primary POP account.  I am also unable to log directly onto the server for all the POP subaccounts to see my emails.  It just keeps saying the credentials are incorrect.  I really need to recover all these subaccounts.  I've tried every suggestion on the AT&T site.  Any other suggestions?  I really need help.

Thanks for reaching us @Adrian_Simons.

We understand the importance of accessing your emails. Let's get the help you needed.

When it comes to IMAP and POP, POP can work well for single devices. If you are going to access the email account from multiple devices, then IMAP is the best solution.

We recommend you to create a Secure Mail Key. A Secure Mail Key will not affect your AT&T email password. You can directly login to your email without entering the password. Try logging in using secure mail key and let us know how it goes.

We also recommend that you check out our AT&T email server settings for your reference.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Thank you.
David, AT&T Community Specialist.
