my device not working

I have had a Samsung cell phone for 3 months and it was defective, I didn't get any results, I went to an At&t store and I didn't get any results, I complained online 3 times, 3 days ago today and I received no results, I sent a message and I speak Portuguese, there is no service To understand me without doubts and stressful all of this, I need an answer. My cell phone hasn't fallen or spilled any liquid and the screen is completely black and doesn't work. I would like information via email. because on the phone I don't understand without my language. I await your response, thank you for that.

To fix your device you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your sim card and make sure the iccid number is in the correct range.
  • Check for updates to software and install them if available.
  • Turn your phone off and back on.
  • Try calling the number again.
  • Make sure you have wireless service and a signal.
  • Turn off call forwarding.
  • Clear the app cache and reboot your device.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app if necessary.
