We understand the importance of finding your subaccounts that are missing. Let's point you in the right direction to help manage your subaccounts, @sniper614.
If you are still able to sign in the primary account, then you should be able to control the other subaccounts. We recommend reviewing our article about managing subaccounts.
Below are the steps to help review the status of your subaccounts. If it shows disabled, you will be able to enable the accounts.
You mentioned it would not let you add new subaccounts, is there an error code that you are seeing?
In the event a subaccount is deleted, we recommend these steps to help create a new subaccount:
Please keep in mind to sign in with your primary Member ID, this will ensure to see subaccount users.
We hope this helps! If you any issues, please reach out! We will try other troubleshooting steps to esnure your subaccounts relink in our system.

Thank you for updating us, @sniper614.
We'll need to look further into your account and take a closer look. Please meet us in a Direct message. This way we can see what's going on with your account. Be on the lookout for a chat notification in the upper right-hand portion of the page, next to the bell icon. Once you're there, we can continue this over the phone or in chat if you'd prefer.
We hope to speak to you soon!
